Receive support, encouragement & motivation to achieve your goals
Coaching is primarily a solution-focused practice where we look at goal-setting and improving on your current situation. If your current starting point doesn’t feel like an ‘acceptable neutral ground’, I offer a number of different modalities alongside coaching including FreeMind Therapy & hypnotherapy.
